In case you haven’t heard yet, I started a new weekly series over on Instagram Live called The Aftershocks of After Loss! Every Tuesday at 7pm, a special guest and I discuss the in’s and out’s of an end-of-life topic. Topics will range widely from wills, to lawyers, to burials, to finding your parent’s porn (yes, really!) plus so many others. We’ll help those who tune in better understand the unexpected they can expect. My first guest last week was Marina Morgan of Eirene Cremations, and we talked all about – you guessed it – Cremation. We also discussed Aquamation (aka alkaline hydrolysis), which is a water-based, sustainable alternative for end-of-life dispositions and it’s pros and cons in comparison to traditional cremation. If this is something you’d like to explore, then this one’s for you. Check out the recording below to catch up and I’ll see you over on IG Live every Tuesday for more Aftershocks of After Loss. |
