If you know me, you know I love a good podcast. My current obsession is popping in my air pods and taking a walk while listening to an episode from one of my latest podcast finds.
So naturally, in preparation for a road trip I’m about to take with my family, I’ve been teasing up my podcast queue. Since my favorite shows are currently top of mind and we’re all knee-deep in summer travel season and many of you out there may be stuck at the airport, in traffic or at the beach with your in-laws, I thought I might share some of my favorite podcasts to help you pass the time wherever you may be this summer:
- Criminal – This is an awesome podcast for anyone who loves true crime. It’s a show about people who’ve done wrong, been wronged, or gotten caught somewhere in the middle. Also, I just love the host’s (Phoebe Judge) voice.
- How I Built This – As a business owner, I am endlessly fascinated by the stories and struggles behind some of the world’s best known companies. This podcast inspires me to keep moving forward in my business.
- Terrible, Thanks for Asking – It may sound weird to say that I fell in love with a show about grief, but I did. This irreverent, honest and raw podcast by Nora McInerny gives honest answers to the trite and often pointless question “How are you?”. I recommend this podcast to clients and friends who are facing grief and loss.
I’d love to hear from you about any podcast recommendations you may have! I’m always on the lookout for a good one.
Happy Listening!
